kalau dulu
nak membuang memang masalah.hehehehe
lagi lagi lepas bersalin.
sengsara hanya Allah je yang tahu
kalau boleh nak tahan tak nak poo poo selagi boleh
tapi kalau tahan lagi teruk sembelit
pernah masa pantang sampai 4 hari tak membuang
sekali datang urge nak membuang
rasa nak menangis duk dalam toilet

ya ini cerita yang benar,bukan rekaan semata mata.
hehehe.

sekarang Alhamdulillah
sejak berkenalan dengan Osteomatrix dari Shaklee takda lagi masalah sembelit
kadang sehari sampai 2kali membuang

kenapa mudah membuang dengan Osteomatrix sebab dalamnya ada
